Non-independent holiday home in a charming Tuscan farmhouse set in the beautiful landscape of the Val di Chiana, just 2 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino. There is a large enclosed garden, parking and a shared swimming pool overlooking Castiglion Fiorentino and surrounded by lavender and rosemary bushes, olive groves and centuries-old oaks. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside and the beauty of the many picturesque historic villages in the surrounding area. The property has been recently renovated to offer authentic and enchanting surroundings, without forgetting the comforts. In the nearby Castiglion Fiorentino (2 km) you can find all the services you need, moreover the property is only 10 minutes away from the railway station which will allow you to easily reach many places to visit during your holiday. Echt een aanrader. Werden netjes door de eigenaar bij het station opgehaald. zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Geweldig huis met en mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Mooie dorpjes, stadjes in de buurt. Eigenaar gaf advies van leuke plaatjes om te bezichtigen en goede restaurants om heerlijk te gaan eten. Wij gaan er zeker nog eens naar terug.

Really recommended. Were neatly picked up by the owner at the station. very hospitable reception. Great house with a beautiful view from the garden. Really a place to relax. Beautiful villages, towns in the area. Owner gave advice of nice pictures to see and good restaurants to eat delicious. We will definitely go back to it.

accommodatie is wat moeilijk te vinden , maar de eigenaar wil je graag ophalen vanaf station. prachtig huis en prachtige omgeving. Eigenaren spreken goed Engels en zijn zeer hulpvaardig

accommodation is a bit hard to find, but the owner wants to pick you up from the station. beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. Owners speak English well and are very helpful

Wir wurden von Fausto und Flavia herzlich willkommen geheißen als wir abends nach langer Autofahrt eingetroffen sind. Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft im toskanaischem Stil mit schönem Blick auf Castiglion Fiorentino. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön mit Nähe zu Arezzo und Cortona.

We were warmly welcomed by Fausto and Flavia when we arrived in the evening after a long drive.The property is enchanting in the Tuscan style with beautiful views of Castiglion Fiorentino. The environment is very nice with proximity to Arezzo and Cortona.
