Belvilla by OYO Villa Max

This is a very nice house and we had a great time with the family. Nadia is fantastic and very helpful. Her vegetables and tomatoes were the best. We hope we can book the house again.

Nadia and Massimo are great hosts. The Villa was ready at arrival. Everything was very clean (incl. Pool and Jacuzzi). Nadia handed over personally fresh linen and towels and explained us everything about the house. The kitchen is very good equipped. Wifi is working and Netflix or Amazon Video can be used on the TV (better you have your own account). There are 2 bathrooms at the first floor and one single toilet at the ground floor. Enough to avoid conflicts :). The pool and Jacuzzi were even better than expected just from the pictures. From Prata, there are several options for trips: Firstly the beach: within 30 minutes you are able to reach the beach, e.g. in Fallonica. Grocery: only 10 minutes away, there is a well equipped Conad in Suvereto to buy anything necessery. Trips: Plenty of possibilities. Firenze, Elba, Pisa, even Roma. Everything reachable by car or train within 2 hours. All in all we can recommend this location to anyone who looks for privacy combined with the possibility of discovering tuscany.

Selten haben wir uns in einem Ferienobjekt so wohlgefühlt! Hier hat einfach Alles gestimmt. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich, die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein außergewöhnlich erholsamer Urlaub für uns und unseren Hund.
