Description
Charming and well-kept holiday home (all ground floor, 80 m2) recently built in style (the ceilings with typical Tuscan wooden beams and terracotta tiles) stands on the beautiful Tuscan hills in the middle of 30,000 metres of fully fenced land. Part of the land is cultivated with olive trees (in October/November it is possible to pick the olives and watch them being pressed).The garden is perfectly and regularly cared for by a gardener.On the plain opposite, the panorama offers the famous Montecatini Terme, which at night looks like a nativity scene illuminated by coloured lights. An outdoor area equipped with an oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) allows you to lunch or dine in the midst of nature with the warmth of the fire. An ideal place for excursions by mountain bike, on foot or on horseback, thanks to the numerous stables in the area. Eno-gastronomic tourism will lead you to the discovery of typical local products..
. Relaxation will only be complete after being pampered in the spas of Montecatini or Monsummano Terme. There are countless restaurants and typical pizzerias nearby. In Montecatini Terme (5 km away) you can find all services: bars, discos, shops, spas, etc. The house is also ideally located for visiting Florence, Pistoia, Lucca (Luca Comics!) and Pisa. On sale are wines, oil, honey and other locally produced products. Free tastings at the shop/wine cellar. On request (price to be agreed with the owner): 2 extra places on sofa bed. The cost for charging electric/hybrid cars is 15 euro per charge, on request. Possibility of booking and then paying for groceries on the spot.

5 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst een week. Omdat het zo goed was bevallen zijn we nu 2 weken gegaan. En wat blijft dit een geweldige plek! Prachtig uitzicht, rustig gelegen en je hebt alles wat je voor een fijn verblijf nodig hebt. In de slaapkamers en de badkamer zijn nu horren geplaatst tegen de muggen. Heel fijn want die zijn er ontzettend veel! Matras ligt prima, douchecabine aan de krappe kant maar went snel. Het huisje kan binnen ontzettend warm worden (30 graden) maar volgend jaar wordt er airco geplaatst. De eigenaren, Sonia en Luca, zijn erg gastvrij en hulpvaardig. Ze hebben ern leuke

We spent a week here for the first time 5 years ago. Because we liked it so much, we have now gone for 2 weeks. And what a great place this remains! Beautiful views, quiet location and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Mosquito screens have now been installed in the bedrooms and bathroom. Very nice because there are so many of them! Mattress is fine, shower cabin on the small side, but you get used to it quickly. The house can get very warm inside (30 degrees), but air conditioning will be installed next year. The owners, Sonia and Luca, are very hospitable and helpful. They have some nice ones

We zitten nu in de helft van ons verblijf in Casa Rondo ... en in één woord gezegd... ZALIG !! Het huis is buitengewoon en alles daar rondom gewoon SUPER!! De eigenaars zijn ook SUPERVRIENDELIJK .. .. met een warm ontvangst ♥️ Zeker een aanrader wij komen alvast nog is terug

We are now half way through our stay at Casa Rondo... and in one word... Blissful!! The house is extraordinary and everything around it is just SUPER!! The owners are also SUPER FRIENDLY .. .. with a warm welcome ♥️ Definitely recommended we will be back soon

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Omgeving is mooi. Huisje is netjes en goed verzorgt. Er is geen airco en het huisje warmt wel goed op, dus op hele warme dagen is het s'nachts nog heel warm.

Had a wonderful holiday. Environment is beautiful. House is neat and well cared for. There is no air conditioning and the house does heat up well, so on very hot days it is still very warm at night.
