Former country estate with apartments just 900 meters from the sea. After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate consists of the former punishment house and several buildings which are beautifully set in the extensive gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. There are wonderfully long, free beaches to the north of Marina di Grosseto. Highlights: WLANNote : The apartment on the ground floor or on 2 floors is located approx. 1,600 meters from the sea and 900 from the reception. Activities nearby: The Bay of Grosseto has been awarded the Blue Flag for excellent water quality. Here you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of bathing undisturbed.
The location is also ideal for day trips to famous cultural and historical cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence. Tip: A visit to the Uccellina Natural Park, which is only 29 kilometers away. Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Wij verbleven in appartement 12. Het was een kleine, donkere tussenwoning overschaduwd door een pergola op een klein terrasje. We hadden geen enkel uitzicht en werden omgeven door hoge heggen. Voor WiFi moest je plaatsnemen in een tuin die gedeeld werd met andere gasten. De inventaris van de woning is summier: thee maakte we met een pannetje en geen kaasrasp te bekennen. De woning was echter wel schoon, de badkamer klein maar fijn en de bedden prima. Het strand is op 800m afstand. Daarvoor moet je eerst een lange laan uitlopen, een drukke weg oversteken en dan nog een 300m door een duin-/bosgebied lopen. Het strand is daar wel rustiger dan de publieke stranden.
