After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate is made up of several buildings which are beautifully set in the large gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. Die Lage der Anlage ist wunderschön, Der kurze Weg durch den Pinienwald führt zum breiten,sauberen Sandstrand mit herrlichem Meerwasser, Das gemietete Ferienhaus Typ F ist in einem katastrophalem Zustand! Die Möbel sind zum großen Teil defekt und schmutzig
