In the green northwest of the island, in the district of Nisporto, you will find the terraced apartment complex built on the rocks, with direct access to the sea via a private path. In the 1950s, the former villa was transformed into a residence by Italian film directors. It is 600 meters to the romantic beach bay (fine pebbles) of Nisporto. It is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers. This is what your holiday residence offers: 10 residential units, reception, garden furniture, outdoor shower, parking lot (distance 200 m) Extras included: 10% discount on a sailing course at the Elba Sailing Club in Maggazzini Activities nearby: From A narrow staircase leads to a small, approx. 10 sqm large rock plateau. You can get over the rocks in several places directly into the sea, which is very deep in some places and therefore unsuitable for non-swimmers. Also visit Portoferraio and stroll through the streets of the Italian city.

When the weather is nice, a crossing from the port in Portoferraio to the mainland is also worthwhile.

Das Objekt hat eine phantastische Lage und ist architektonisch bemerkenswert, Leider lässt die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung (Geschirr) der Wohnungen Wünsche offen, Die Zustend der Aussenanlage ist okay,hat aber bereits punktuell Defizite, Die Pflege der Aussenanlage sollte intensiviert werden, Trotzdem: tolle Anlage für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub in traumhafter Landschaft und in grandioser Lage! Anmerkung: Die Zuwegung ist sehr schmal und steil, Für große Fahrzeuge ( SUV

Der Einstieg ins Wasser könnte verbessert werden, Die Wegbeschreibung enthält noch einen falschen Namen: das Restaurant unten heißt Aquasalata, Cota Quinta ist aber gut ausgeschildert,die Straße aber sehr sehr schmal, Es empfiehlt sich ein kleiner vorallem schmaler Mietwagen! Angela (und Camilla) sind sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit
