The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the municipalities of Piobbico, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area. The apartment Avena is located in the rustic house next to the pool and is located on the first floor with 2 private balconies.

It is furnished in a cozy and homely way. It has 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The apartment also has a private garden equipped for outdoor dining. Upon arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main building. Uns gefiel besonders gut, dass jede Wohnung ihren eigenen Garten oder Balkon hatte. So konnte man zusammen sein und gleichzeitig jederzeit Privatsphäre genießen. Der freundliche Service hat unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht.
