Wer auf Durchreise ist, sollte hier Halt machen, wenn leichter Strandzugang gewünscht ist. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften hatte diese Wohnung mehr Außenfläche dank Balkon und gepflegtem Garten. Die ruhige Lage war besonders angenehm nach Erkundungstouren durch die Stadt.
