Go for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful stylish home in Grou! It is located in Friesland and you are close to the water. For 2 families or families it is perfect. Grou is a water sports village and is located near Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland. You are here 300 m from a spot for fishing and water sports. You can also rent a sloop 700 m away. In short: ideal for lovers of water, tranquility and nature! (The jetty at the house is only for private use for the other residents on the property). This beautiful family house is spread over the ground floor and the 1st floor. It has an attractive living room with a kitchen, and downstairs you will also find a bathroom.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The children can play on the trampoline and table tennis in the enclosed garden, and pets are also very welcome. The house is located near a quiet holiday park. That is why the house is only for rent for: - Families with children (and pets) - Groups aged 35+ who want to enjoy relaxation and water sports. - Because of the tranquility, this house is not available for young people!!
