This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches. From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos. Ideal for families. The centre of De Cocksdorp is 5 km away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are within short distance of each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.

The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms with bathroom en suite. You can park your car at the villa. Beds are made upon arrival. If you use the camp bed, you have to bring your own sheets and blankets. Don't miss out and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

Fantastic location near Texel's best birding spot. Friendly host. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable rooms. We loved riding around the island on our (e-)bikes. Nearby De Cocksdorp is one of the loveliest towns on Texel. Our only problem was with the chaotic and sometimes incorrect communications from Belvilla, the mid-tier organisation sitting in-between Texel Treasures (which runs the house) and VRBO (through which we booked it). They need to get their act together. (And not communicate in German.)
