Description

Step into a peaceful oasis just 200 meters from Bergen’s lively center—ideal for couples seeking charm, comfort, and convenience. This stylish ground-floor apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed stay: a cozy double bed, underfloor heating, and a bright living area that opens to a lush shared garden. Whether you’re sipping wine on the lawn, firing up the BBQ for a romantic dinner, or simply enjoying a slow morning with fresh coffee, this space invites you to unwind in style. Your thoughtful host lives next door and is happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay. The best of Bergen is right outside your door. Stroll through town to discover boutiques, art galleries, and the iconic Ruïnekerk church. A short drive brings you to the sandy shores and dunes of Bergen aan Zee, or to Schoorl where you can climb the Netherlands’ highest dune. Love outdoor adventures? Rent electric bikes or take on one of the many cycling and walking routes that crisscross the region.

There’s even a local kunstskibaan (artificial ski slope) for a unique twist on your holiday activities. Traveling with a furry friend? Pets are not only welcome—they’re celebrated here. The nearby forests and beaches offer endless pet-friendly trails and off-leash areas, and a dog cart is available to rent so your four-legged companion can join in the fun. With parking, WiFi, bike rentals, and even a charging station for electric vehicles, this Bergen gem makes every getaway effortless and memorable.

On late arrival, the host next door welcomed us warmly and kindly helped right away. The shared garden with seating gave a nice spot to relax while we grilled outside. Parking was easy too, which mattered since we traveled far.
