This luxury villa is located on Texel and offers comfortable accommodation for 2 families, possibly with a pet! Its location near the beach (2 km) is ideal. The villa is near the woods and dunes and in the middle of the unique 'De Dennen' nature reserve, which is part of the National Park 'Dunes of Texel'. It is also just 2 km from beach pavilion Paal 17 and a stone's throw from the Caluna swimming paradise, Ecomare and Schipbreuk and the Juttersmuseum Flora. The villa features a bright living room with 2 sliding glass doors giving access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, facing south. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and there is a cot and chair for the smallest holidaymakers. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob..

De accommodatie is super. Bij aankomst was alles piekfijn in orde. De villa is heel mooi en comfortabel ingericht. Er zijn vier kamers, vier badkamers en vier toiletten. Niemand heeft kunnen zeuren dat hij of zij heeft moeten aanschuiven. Het vakantiehuis is ook goed gelegen vlakbij bos en strand. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Voor een groot gezin is het zeker een aanrader.

The accommodation is superb. Upon arrival everything was fine. The villa is very beautiful and comfortably furnished. There are four rooms, four bathrooms and four toilets. Nobody has been able to whine that he or she has had to join. The holiday home is also well located near forest and beach. We enjoyed our holiday. For a big family it is definitely recommended.
