This luxurious detached water villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The villa is located on a new small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Slotermeer, and it has its own jetty. The park offers the possibility to rent a boat, making it easy for guests to enjoy all that the water has to offer. The villa is located in Balk, which is situated in the Frisian Lakes area and is characterized by its historic center located on the river Luts, part of the Eleven Cities Route. Along the canal, guests can shop extensively or enjoy a terrace. Outside of Balk, the unique villages and elfstedentocht cities are worth visiting. The area offers an array of activities to do, from exploring the historic towns, to cycling and boating in the beautiful surroundings. This water villa is the perfect spot for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in a picturesque location.

The water villa is spacious and modernly furnished, with a comfortable living room that features a sitting area, Smart TV, and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury equipment, making it a great spot for families to gather and cook together.
