This luxurious detached water villa with its own jetty is very suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The water villa is located on a new small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Slotermeer. You can rent a boat at the villa park. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and a spacious dining table. The modern kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury equipment. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water. Here you can endlessly enjoy the peace and space.

Balk, located in the Frisian Lakes area, is characterized by the historic center located on the river Luts, part of the Eleven Cities Route. Along the canal you can shop extensively or enjoy a terrace. Outside Balk, the unique villages and elfstedentocht cities are worth a visit.
