This tiny house is on the ground floor and can be reached via a staircase with three steps. The front and rear of the house are made of glass, allowing a lot of light to enter. The round corners in combination with a wooden, quiet interior create a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and there is a washing machine for general use (for a fee).
At the front you enter the kitchen. This kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the middle part of the house you will find the bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and shower. The two bedrooms are located at the rear and in the middle part of the house. Handy with children who go to bed earlier! Both bedrooms have a box spring (160x200 cm) and two bedside tables. High chair and folding baby bed (60x120 cm) are also available. De Specht has its own terrace at the front and rear (25 m2 in total). In addition, there is a large garden around the house, screened with plants (no fence).
