Description

This luxurious villa is the perfect place to recharge and unwind. After a long walk on the beach or a day in the sun, relax in the sauna, jacuzzi, or bath. Ideal for families, couples, or groups, the house offers ample space both inside and outside, with each bedroom having its own bathroom for added comfort. Enjoy cooking together at the island, dining at the table, and then winding down in the jacuzzi or sauna. The spacious garden features a trampoline for the little ones, while older children and adults can indulge in the jacuzzi and enjoy the privacy of their own bathrooms. Modern and beautifully finished, the villa has everything needed for a fantastic holiday. The wellness area includes a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, and infrared sauna. The covered jacuzzi makes outdoor relaxation easy year-round.

One of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor, making the home accessible and convenient for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features built-in appliances, and the cozy living room with a fireplace opens directly onto the garden via French doors. Underfloor heating adds extra comfort. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the North Holland beach, the villa offers a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. In spring, enjoy the stunning bulb fields, and take day trips to Alkmaar or Texel. The landscaped, enclosed garden provides privacy and ample space for dogs to roam freely. There’s parking for two cars in the yard, plus a spacious shed for bicycles and a washing machine for convenience. Dogs are welcome, making this a wonderful retreat for everyone.
