Enjoy the wonderful smells, the sounds of nature, the flaming wood fire, and the stars in the sky. The garden is enclosed, partly with a fence and partly with a natural "Texel garden wall." This is a zero-energy home. A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available. Free Wi-Fi and additional German channels are available. A free charging station for electric cars and bicycles is also available. The villa is heated and cooled by a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a comfortable temperature even in summer. Upon arrival, you will receive a voucher for one bag of firewood and one bag of charcoal for use with the fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ.
