In Tisvildeleje, you will find the holiday home Roligheden, which, with its fairytale location and cozy interior, invites you to socialize, relax, and enjoy many good hours in the well-appointed house or in the beautiful nature.
The house is completely secluded at the end of a gravel road in its own forest surrounded by fields, meadows, and rolling horse pastures. The summer house is the old Arrenakken camp school, which is now a unique summer house in the middle of the most beautiful nature in the protected Arrenakke hills, from the top of which you can see both the Kattegat, Arresø, and Roskilde fjord on a clear day.
In recent years, the summer house has undergone a thorough renovation with respect for the origin and history of the place, so that today it appears inviting and usable for many purposes, e.g. for the large, space-consuming family with many guests, several generations, a retreat or similar.
The property consists of two separate houses. The three-winged camp school of 300 m2 is furnished with a large kitchen/family room with a wood-burning stove and a living room.
Surrounding the house are several cozy terraces, sunny spots, the old grassy ball field, herb garden, and flagpole. The house is located close to Liseleje and Asserbo golf clubs.
The house shares a plot with summer house 51788, but there is a natural boundary between the houses. Not available for rental to youth groups.
