Of the property's total 12 sleeping places, 4 are located in the annex, which includes its own bathroom, a small kitchen, dining area, a double bed, and a bunk bed. The old barn next to the house has been converted into a cosy games room with a pool table, darts, and table tennis, providing hours of entertainment and friendly competition for both children and adults.

The holiday home is located along the road between Rønne and Åkirkeby, offering a convenient central location for exploring Bornholm. Despite its location, traffic noise is not noticeable inside the house.
