Welcome to this cozy, classic cottage located in the quiet area of Klitgårds Fiskerleje - ideal for those looking for relaxation close to nature and water. The house was originally built in 1966, but renovated in 2023, making it a wonderful combination of classic cottage atmosphere and modern comfort.

The cottage has:

• Living room with cozy wood-burning stove and double bed

• Kitchen with all necessary facilities: electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher

Das Haus hatte einen sehr guten Allgemeinzustand. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Grundstück könnte ein bisschen schöner gestaltet sein, sieht teilweise sehr verwahrlost aus. Die Lage ist super, man ist mit dem Auto überall sehr schnell. Empfehlungen: Man ist schnell in Aalborg und wir können einen Tagesausflug nach Skagen sehr empfehlen.
