This large holiday home with pool, hot tub and sauna can accommodate up to 12 people spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of a pool area with pool, hot tub, sauna and bathroom. There is also a kitchen, toilet and a large common room with space for dining and socializing as well as bedrooms with 2 bunk beds and 4 double beds. In the attic there are additional bedrooms, a bathroom and a winter garden. The house is not modern or minimalist, but it is very cozy and comfortable. The large pool is the focal point for swimming fun and family life!
Outdoor area: Upon arrival, there is space for at least 4 cars in front of the house, and a large terrace offers space for many cozy hours. The house has a veranda where you can enjoy the sun, and a hilly garden that is not fenced. A short drive away you will find one of Denmark's most popular beaches, which is accessible by car.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.
• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is not allowed.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
