The property is well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen, so guests can prepare homemade meals at their convenience. The spacious living room provides plenty of space for relaxing, and the modern bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.
• A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.
• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box.
• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
