The house exudes quality and plenty of space for coziness and relaxation. There is room for 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There are two incredibly nice bathrooms, two beautiful terraces, outdoor spa, loft and everything your heart desires in modern facilities. The year of construction is 2023, and everything therefore appears sparkling new. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house's 133 square meters, and they are screened off from the kitchen/living room/living room, so some can go to sleep while others stay up.

Outdoor area: The holiday home is located on a 1200 square meter large natural plot with only 250 meters to the beach. The area is also close to the center of Løkken, shopping, transport, shopping and restaurants as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor activities.
The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order any linen packages when booking.
Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.
• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amount will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.
• Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box.
• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
