Havkatten 20 - newly built summer house for rent
The house is very well furnished and is close to the beach and the city - everything is within approx. 1 kilometer. The house is located on Septembervej, which ends blindly in a newly built residential area that is modern in appearance and also close to, among other things, a swimming pool, fitness center, cultural trail, shopping and much more.
The summer house has four bedrooms with double beds in each room. There are two bathrooms and a bright and open kitchen/dining room in connection with the living room. There is room for 8 people.
Interior: The house is practically furnished with a focus on comfort and modern facilities, and it is heated with district heating. Large, bright and delicious kitchen.
Outdoors: From the kitchen and living room there is access to the house's lovely, large terrace, where you can enjoy the Danish summer weather to the fullest. The house's location close to the centre of Løkken and the North Sea means that you are very close to everything, yet well away from traffic and the noise of city life. There is of course garden furniture and a barbecue - and even an electric hot tub available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and pampering or peace and quiet.
Remember to order any bedding packages when you book.
Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.
• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
