This lovely house is 55 m² and well laid out, situated on an 819 m² plot. The floor plan shows the layout, but special attention should be given to the cozy living room with a fireplace insert and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. This brings a wonderful natural light into the house.
The entire home invites relaxation and is the perfect place to unwind and simply enjoy the beach, which is only 40 meters away.
The summer house also includes three bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway.
Next to the house, there is an annex with a double bed.
Svinø is a beautiful, nature-rich area, offering plenty of peace and idyllic surroundings during the summer. It takes less than an hour and a half by car from Copenhagen to reach Svinø.
The beach features a newly built bathing pier and otherwise offers a lovely, clean sandy shore.
