This charming holiday home is set in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Inside, you’ll find a small entrance hall leading to the bathroom, and a lovely open-plan kitchen and dining area with partially new appliances. The bright, cosy living room features a wood-burning stove and offers a pleasant view of the garden, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed – as well as a delightful annex with electricity, heating, and a large bed, ideal for guests or extra sleeping space. From the living room, you can step directly onto a spacious covered terrace, which flows into an open sun terrace. This is the pfect spot to fire up the barbecue, open a bottle of wine, soak up the sunshine, and watch the children play. There’s also a football goal in the garden, providing plenty of fun for all ages.

Additional amenities include a small outbuilding with a washing machine and a small playground just behind the hedge, only about 50 metres from the house.
