In extension of this room is the large conservatory, from which you can access the house's large courtyard, which has no less than 7 cozy corners, so there is plenty of opportunity to find a place in the sun! The house has a distribution hallway with toilet, bathroom and three double rooms - one even with a standing sauna.

The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
