Welcome to your next holiday stay in this bright and inviting cottage, which is just a short walk from the North Sea. The house is suitable for up to four people and offers a pleasant atmosphere, where both comfort and functionality have been thought of.
The large windows let the light flow in and provide a fantastic view of the nature around the house - perfect for relaxing in peaceful surroundings close to the water. This house exudes classic Danish holiday home rental at its best.
The cottage's interior and facilities: In the cottage you will find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a bright and lovely kitchen - ideal for cozy evenings and good meals with friends or family. The cottage has two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bright and quiet interior, which provides the best setting to rest after a long day at the beach or other of the endless possibilities for experiences in Løkken and the surrounding area.
From the living room you have a beautiful view of the area's beautiful nature and other cottages, and with the short distance to the beach and only approx. 2 km to the center of Løkken, you will find both peace and life nearby.
The house is non-smoking, and rental to youth groups is not allowed.
Enjoy the outdoors on the terrace: Outside, beautiful terrace areas await you, where you can enjoy everything from morning coffee to dinner with a barbecue. The terrace also provides ample opportunity for playing and relaxing in the fresh air, and as mentioned, it is all located in scenic surroundings. Bettysvej is a dead end, so there is not much traffic here either.
If you want to experience the atmosphere of the city, Løkken is only a short walk away - and here it is even allowed to drive the car all the way down to the beach, which is one of Denmark's most popular beaches. Important note -
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.
• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.
• Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box.
• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are charged according to usage and are not included
