Details about the house: This fine brick house has adorned Damgårdsvej for almost 100 years, and after a beautiful renovation, the rooms are bright and welcoming with the super beautiful, open kitchen/dining room in extension of the living room and the 3 bedrooms. At the same time, the cottage is equipped with all necessary facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and wood-burning stove, so that the holiday will be extra comfortable. The house has 1 bathroom and space for up to six guests. There is parking right outside the house.
The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
Outdoor life and relaxation:
Despite the house's central location, there is also a lovely garden to the house, which is hidden behind a fence, and offers a peaceful oasis just opposite Løkken Sports Center, where there is a swimming pool, fitness center and paddle tennis. From the living room you can go directly out onto the south-facing terrace, which is ideal for relaxing. Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.
• A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover incidentals and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.
• Lost items will be returned for a fee of DKK 150 plus a handling fee.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box.
• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
