Only 100 meters to the beach, sea view and privacy: The apartment has a lovely location on a beautiful residential road that leads down to the beach. Here you are shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city, but you only have to walk 500 meters before you hit the city's pedestrian street. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and the style is beautiful with the exposed beams in the bright rooms, which are spread over two floors. There is room for two people who want to enjoy a high-class holiday. And you are welcome to bring a small dog.
Bed arrangement: 1 double bed.
Large roof terrace with sea view: In addition to the view from inside the apartment, one of the highlights is also the private roof terrace, where you can relax with a view of the sea and the dunes. In addition to the roof terrace, there is also a balcony, which you can access from the lovely kitchen-dining room.
The apartment is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.
• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.
• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
• Utilities are billed according to consumption and are not included
