Welcome to this well-appointed and spacious Skanlux activity cottage with everything your heart could desire from activity and development opportunities. In the pool area you can enjoy the house's 18 m & # 178; large swimming pool with slide and counter-current system, grab a walk in the whirlpool with air and water massage, or relax and get all the muscles warmed up in the sauna for 4 people. In the activity room there is room for both fun and games with table tennis, billiards / pool table, table football and darts as well as PlayStation4. The house is built around two separate sleeping areas with 3 bedrooms each, a total of 3 bathrooms, pool room with swimming pool and large built-in whirlpool, sauna, a large, combined living and dining room with open kitchen, a large activity room, and a loft with 4 beds and TV. The single beds in the rooms can be pushed together into a double bed. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The living area consists of stylishly furnished kitchen with long dining table, sofa area close to wood stove and TV. There is a cot and high chair.

Play and coziness can continue outdoors on the lovely terraces, of which 16 m & # 178; is covered, with garden furniture and barbecue. Please note that the operation of the pool as well as the use of the counter-current system, the sauna and the spa entails an increased consumption of electricity and water. Depending on the season and use, a consumption of approx. 20 & # 8211; 30 Euro per day. Some houses are still being built in the area. Grundstück nach hinten raus, ruhig und ungestört.Innenpool super und gut einsehbar für Eltern. Spielzimmer top.Schlafräume etwas hellhörig

Das Ferienhaus ist super aufgeteilt! Der Aktivitätenraum und auch der Poolraum war bei uns und den 3 Kids ein absolutes Highlight! Die Raumaufteilung war perfekt, da wir mit 2 Familien unterwegs waren und man sich so auch mal aus dem Weg gehen konnte. An der Ausstattung in der Küche müsste man mal wieder Nachrüsten, da z.B. kein Messer geschnitten hat. Aber Not macht erfinderisch! Im allgemeinen trotzdem Wunder wunderschön! Empfehlungen: Der Strand und auch der Hafen in Olpenitz sind wirklich richtig schön. Tagesausflüge nach Kappeln und auch mal eine Runde mit dem Schiff nach Schleimünde an den Leuchtturm sind definitiv ein Muss!

Schönes Haus gut geeignet für große Familien oder Freundegruppen. Hervorzuheben ist die gute und ausreichende Ausstattung in der Küche, der Aktivitätsraum und der Poolbereich. Die dichte Bebauung hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. In den Badezimmern fehlten Haken für Handtücher. Die Geschirrspülmaschine spülte nicht komplett sauber, sodass wir teils von Hand nach abwaschen mußten. Empfehlungen: Da wir nur eine Woche im Winter verbracht haben, haben wir uns auf Strandspaziergänge beschränkt.
