Description
Thatched cottage located on a lovely large and child-friendly natural plot in the middle of the scenic and quiet Kongsmark on Rømø. The cottage has a sauna and is continuously renovated and looks nice and inviting. The kitchen is bright and very well equipped and is in open connection with the living room, where there is a TV and wood burning stove. Wireless internet is available. There are a total of four bedrooms divided into two with double bed and two with bunk bed. The bunk beds are best suited for children. There are terraces all around the house and both from the kitchen and from the living room there is direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower as well as a washer and dryer.
From here there is access to the house's sauna. The little ones are also thought of in the form of a cot, a high chair and a sandpit and swings in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus!Drei Terrassen, ein großes Grundstück und eine gute Ausstattung. Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill und Nebengebäude für die Fahrräder, alles vorhanden!Dem Badezimmer würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Reinigung ist gerne verbesserungsfähig.Wir hatten Glück, Römö hat sich auch wettermäßig von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Nicht unserer erster und auch nicht unserer letzter Besuch auf dieser schönen Insel!

Huset er dejligt, og det var anden gang, vi boede der. Huset ligger godt og centralt på Rømø, men fredeligt inde i fyrreskoven, væk fra hovedvejen. Huset indeholder alt, man kunne tænke sig at få brug for, og alting er i orden og i god stand. Vi var glade for opvarmningen med en varmepumpe, som gav os et lunt ophold, selv om der var ret koldt og blæsende udenfor.
Anbefalinger:
Tæt på huset fører en jordvej langt ud på en stor hede. Det er en forunderlig og smuk tur at gå på en efterårsdag.
