SKIING AND HIKING HUT – ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE 300 year old, rustic farmhouse in a dream location, completely renovated. Hut flair with a lot of comfort and a breathtaking view, just to feel good. Suitable for up to 8 people. Standing alone and quietly on a hill, it can be reached in 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot from the town center in Hollersbach. In less than 10 minutes by car you can get to the Kitzbühler Alpen Panoramabahn, where one of the most famous and largest ski areas, the KitzSki, is located. Countless hiking trails available. In the middle of the famous Hohe Tauern National Park, where there is also the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world. 3 bedrooms, cozy kitchen, fully equipped.

Living room with TV. WiFi throughout the entire house. New bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and double shower. Very nice terrace with inviting seating area. Barbecue station with large charcoal grill, deck chairs, small playground and Well with drinking water from the mountains! 2 – 3 parking spaces at the house, also for minibuses. In winter, depending on the weather and the car, snow chains are required. The holiday home can also be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes from the access road.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in schitterende omgeving met veel wandelmogelijkheden. Huis was kleiner dan verwacht maar prima voor ons tweeën met de honden. Die moesten buiten wel aangelijnd zijn ivm het hertenkamp ernaast, want ze konden onder het hek door.
