On the sunny balcony at the back of the house you can enjoy the fantastic area and the view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The children can play wonderfully in the adjacent garden. There is also a carport with parking spaces for 2 cars. In total you have 4 parking spaces. In winter you can get on the ski bus just 250 meters from the house.
