A modern bathroom with a private sauna is located upstairs, while the ground floor includes a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy Aussee veranda with dining space, a living room with a pull-out sofa, an additional WC, and a utility room with both washing machine and dryer. Pets are not permitted. Located in the heart of the Ausseerland region, the property is just a 10-minute walk (approx. 500 meters) from the pristine Grundlsee lake—an ideal place for swimming, walking, or relaxing by the water. In winter, the Loser ski lift is only 12 km away, and the slopes of Tauplitz can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The ski lift on the Zloam is a small but excellent ski lift with four different runs, located directly on site.
