This modernly designed holiday apartment for a maximum of 2 people is located in a converted, around 450 year old farm at an altitude of around 1050 meters in Fresach in Villach-Land in Carinthia, right in the mountains and close to Lake Millstatt. The house in which this holiday apartment is located was built around 450 years ago and converted into a holiday home by the owner while preserving its authentic character. The holiday apartment is simple but fully furnished and has a living room with dining area, an open well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a garden (shared with other guests). Parking is available directly at the house. Please note that extreme overuse of heating and / or electricity is subject to additional onsite charge. Fresach is located in the Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge tourist region, right in the Alpe-Adria region and offers numerous tourist attractions and sporting activities. Lake Millstatt, also known as the jewel of Carinthia, offers a particularly idyllic, warm and southern atmosphere due to its proximity to Italy. The lake is picturesquely situated between the Carinthian Nockberge, has a water temperature of around 27 degrees and offers plenty of different beaches.
