On arrival the majority of the plates, cups, glass's and cutlery needed to be washed. The oven shelves were not clean The toilet seat was loose and kept moving, the system was constantly running , not flushing properly. The kitchen tap was loose. There were NO instructions with regards to where the rubbish went, how to work the cook top in fact NO information about anything. Minimal washing up liquid, toilet rolls or sugar was supplied. The flooring near the dinning table appears to be lifting. This is a nice apartment in a good location with comfortable beds and clean bedding. The furniture is also comfortable and in good order, it was obvious to me that the owners do not mange the apartment themselves.
