Guests will also find a large lounge with TV and Wi-Fi (including Netflix), an exceptionally large living and dining space that can host up to 25 people, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with a sink and mirror, as well as a shared shower, toilet, and storage areas. The home combines modern facilities with authentic character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The tenant must leave all kitchen furniture, stovetops, ovens, pots, cutlery, crockery, utensils, refrigerators, and freezers completely empty and perfectly clean at the end of the stay. Outside, loud music or any form of disruptive noise is not permitted, and open fires are strictly prohibited except for the use of the BBQ.
