Spacious Waimes Villa

The High Fens region has a way of making weekends feel longer than they are, especially in a house like this where days move easily between lake walks, sauna evenings, and long dinners beside the pool. Sleeping up to 21 guests across 11 bedrooms, this countryside property near Waimes is designed for large family gatherings and group stays that revolve around nature during the day and comfort once everyone returns indoors. The heated indoor pool quickly becomes the centre of the stay after hiking or cycling nearby trails, while the sauna and games spaces keep evenings lively once temperatures begin dropping outside. During summer, most afternoons drift naturally toward the courtyard barbecue and garden while the surrounding hills stay quiet well into the evening. The atmosphere feels social without becoming chaotic, even with larger groups. Lake Robertville lies just 2 km away and is one of the region’s most popular summer spots for kayaking, swimming, and lakeside picnics. Signal de Botrange can be reached within roughly 9 minutes and offers panoramic hiking routes through Belgium’s highest landscapes, while Reinhardstein Castle sits around 13 minutes away overlooking the Warche Valley. Formula 1 fans can also visit Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps approximately 30 minutes from the property, while the Vennbahn Cycle Path nearby remains one of the best long-distance cycling routes in the region.
