Description

This holiday home in the village is just a stone's throw from Durbuy and is fully renovated in 2020 to host a small family or a group. The bedrooms open onto a large outdoor terrace and there is a garden with furniture where one can unwind and have a snack amid the mirth and laughter of loved ones. The open kitchen lets you showcase your culinary skills and comes equipped with a Nespresso machine and a grill oven, besides being fully equipped. You also have Netflix at your disposal to tune into your favourite shows anytime. You will find a bakery, butcher, supermarkets and night shop only 300 m away. The lake, a playground and the Durbuy city centre are just 2 km away from your stay. On the ground floor is the lounge area with a sofa, relax chair, 4k TV, sound bar and WiFi. The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

The living/dining room has a pellet stove to keep you warm and the house is fitted with electric heating. There is a possibility of storing bicycles in a locked room under the house. The train station is at 4 km.

Maison Loic is een verblijf voor 4 personen met alles er op en er aan! Alleen een airco ontbreekt, maar dat namen we er maar bij. Vanuit Petithan liggen de Arnennen aan je voeten! Met een uurtje rijden kom je overal terecht! Durbuy is om de hoek, Hotton, La Roche, Dinant en Bastogne gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het huisje zelf heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, een ruime zithoek, uitgebreide keuken met toebehoren, 2 tweepersoons slaapkamers, toilet boven, toilet en badkamer beneden. Het geheel ziet er verzorgd uit. Van buren of de doorgaande weg op 50 meter heb je geen last.
