Description

A 180° panoramic view of the sea in front of the house. The 6500 square meter property with trees is almost an island itself. The Pointe du Glugeau is about 5 km from Le Faou and faces Landevennec Abbey on the Crozon Peninsula. The undisturbed, secluded location of the nearest neighbors in about 300 m, surrounded by the sea, lets you live with the tides here. Enjoy the tranquility of the sea, the mussels and oyster beds present and the passing sails and fishing boats contribute to relaxation. Fishing is right off the property, don't forget your rods. The westernmost tip surrounded by pine trees is used for sunsets in the evening. A staircase leads directly to the sea.

If you want to take a boat or a kayak with you, you have found the ideal place here. You can swim right at the house, the long sandy beaches are on the Crozon peninsula or in Brest from 30 km.

Wir haben im August mit unseren zwei mittelgroßen Hunden eine Woche in dem kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Vorweg : wer hier Luxus pur erwartet ist fehl am Platz. Wer aber ein schönes kleines Häuschen mit vieeeeel Grundstück, Natur , Meer und Ruhe möchte, herunterkommen, entspannt und unkompliziert auch mit Hunden baden möchte ( natürlich muss dazu Flut sein) der ist hier richtig. Dazu ein super netter, angenehmer Vermieter. Das Haus ist ebenerdig, das Meer ist wirklich rund um das Häuschen. Direkt vorne an der Terrasse geht ein sehr steiles Treppchen zu Meer. Wem das zu steil ist der kann auch einfach an der Einfahrt auf das Grundstück zu Meer. Zwischendurch kann man sich auch draußen am Wasserschlauch abkühlen. Wir haben eine komplette Woche draußen verbracht, für uns perfekt, ein Traum.
