The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet house situated on the edge of the forest near Lake Hillebach, offering an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. Parking is available in front of the house. The living room features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area. From the living room, you can access the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and there is a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. You can park your car securely in front of the house and also store skis and bicycles safely.

Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take on the challenge of the mountain bike trails. You can walk to Lake Hillebach and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, paddle boating, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, and much more. In winter, it's a paradise for snow lovers. You can enjoy tobogganing and skiing in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure resort of Winterberg. The excellent slopes are just a 10-minute drive away. The enchanting high moorland attracts hiking enthusiasts. The bobsleigh track in Winterberg awaits you only 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten mountain is 12 km from the holiday apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular with travelers interested in mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and walking. The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Further shopping opportunities are a 5-minute walk away.

Mooie en complete vakantiewoning met een privé berging. Erg handig voor de racefiets. De sleutel moet in het centrum van Winterberg worden opgehaald en teruggebracht. Geweldige omgeving. Wij hebben hier een mooie vakantie gehad.
