Apartment Niki is located in Ploce neighbourhood, only 3 min walk away from the Old Town. Pets are allowed on request. This one bedroom apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to 3 persons. It features air conditioning, WiFi, as well as LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Iron, hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper) as well as towels and bed linens are provided. The apartment is located just 400 meters from the famous beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away.

We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 3 minutes a walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic centre and the surrounding islands. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 350 meters away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 15 minutes a ride from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Perfect stays for a family with a kidThe location is good: Close to Old city and very close to Banje Beach, Shuttle Bus stop in near, Cable car is also near by, There is but stop to for shuttle bus back to airport near cable car,\r\nThere are two shops near by: Kozuma is a bit cheaper, The apartment has all equipment for a stay for two-three weeks, except for washing machine, There is excellent wi-fi, TV, air-conditioning, two cozy rooms, An excellent stay for a family with a kid,
