Set on a fully fenced 900 m² plot, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests across the spacious interiors. The layout is spread across two levels: the basement level hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living-dining area with seating, a dining table and a single bed, a master bedroom with a large double bed, and an ensuite bathroom, plus another double bedroom with a TV and a shared full bathroom. On the upper floor, a bright open-concept living and dining area connects to a second kitchen, along with a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outdoor living is where the villa truly shines. A heated private pool, five sun loungers, shaded seating, and a wood-fired barbecue with outdoor dining area create a relaxed setting for full days outside.
