With a bright living area, flat-screen TV, and an open-plan kitchen complete with a combi-microwave and dishwasher, this home has everything you need for a comfortable retreat. Step outside to your private terrace and garden, furnished for relaxed morning coffees or sunset dinners in the open air. There's even private parking for your convenience. A Gateway to National Park Adventures Located near the stunning Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, this chalet is a dream for nature lovers. Lace up your hiking boots or hop on a bike to explore rolling heaths, dense forests, and scenic trails—many of which are pet-friendly! Let your dog roam alongside you through the pet-welcoming trails of the park or enjoy a day at the off-leash dog zone at Het Wierdense Veld, just a short drive away. Peaceful surroundings make this the perfect base for exploring Twente’s natural beauty. Local Delights & Dining Options While the on-site restaurant is closed from Jan 14 to Feb 3, 2026, nearby towns like Wierden and Almelo offer a variety of charming cafés and local eateries.

Visit Restaurant Dorset for fine regional cuisine or grab a cozy lunch at Brasserie de Kroon. Many places welcome pets on outdoor terraces, so your furry friend won’t miss out on the fun.
