Surrounded by open fields and cycling routes, the house sleeps up to 15 guests and works especially well for extended families or groups looking for long outdoor days followed by relaxed evenings back together around the table. The atmosphere here feels easy and unfussy in the best way. Children usually disappear toward the garden or games area while the adults settle into slower lunches outside or cycle rides through the surrounding countryside. Indoors, the farmhouse stays warm and comfortable during colder months with spacious communal areas designed more for gathering together than formal entertaining. Walking and cycling routes begin directly around the property, while restaurants and cafés can be reached within roughly 2 km. TT Circuit Assen lies around 30 minutes away and attracts motorsport fans throughout the year. Wij zijn een groot gezin uit Sliedrecht en hebben een fantastische week achter de rug. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een heerlijke Friese lekkernij en een fles Berenburg begon onze week al goed. Of we belangstelling hadden in de krant, dan komt de eigenaar die gewoon elke dag even langs brengen! Het huis is ruim. Alles is aanwezig, de tuin is fantastisch met skelters voor de jongere kids en voldoende ruimte om te voetballen voor de oudere. En dan de rust. Wat wil een mens nog meer. Een prachtige omgeving, in 1 woord dit is VAKANTIE. Hartelijk bedankt voor deze mooie week! Een aanrader!!!
