Holiday home on estate with vineyards, olive groves and swimming pool

Quinta Santa Luzia do Carrascal is an estate in the Douro Superior region in north-east Portugal. The original estate dates from 1820 and is divided into a main house where the owners occasionally stay and five holiday homes, around a beautiful garden and a communal pool with separate children's pool. On the terrain there are also the lagar (winery) and the original family chapel.

From the grounds you have a beautiful view over the valley and surrounding mountains. The Quinta is 16 hectares, with 10 hectares of vineyard and 2 hectares of olive grove.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 35,00 will be charged before your arrival. In Pocinho, which is a short drive away, you can get on the train and enjoy a breathtaking trip through the Douro valley. Hikers can enjoy the nearby nature reserve Vale do Yua or go to Douro Internacional, which is a little further away. _x000D_

The property has a beautiful shared garden equipped with furniture to relax. There is a separate children's pool for the young stayers to enjoy. You can even lounge in the living room watching the TV as the fireplace keeps you cozy or prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
